What are my professional goals for 2024?
For 2024, I am highly committed to training, coaching, and mentoring over 200 young professionals in the field of Business Analysis, Project Management, Product Management.
Help at least 100 individuals achieve their Certification of Capability in Business Analysis™ (CCBA®), Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP®), PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)® certifications by the end of the year.
Renew my Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert.
Targeting PMI-PBA® - PMI Professional in Business Analysis, PMI-RMP ® - PMI Risk Management Professional Certification by April or May. I have been putting this off for too long and need to just time and space for these certifications.
May try TOGAF Certifications (Enterprise Architecture Foundation, Enterprise Architecture Practitioner, Business Architecture Foundation) by December 2024.
Prioritizing continuous learning about ways of working, power skills, business acumen and emerging technology, dedicating specific time each week to reading, attending webinars and participating in relevant events throughout the year.
