I'm thrilled to announce that I've just
completed this seven courses about Strategic Leadership and Management specialisation from the
Gies College of Business at the University of Illinois. I gained knowledge on how to manage teams and individuals, as well as how to use tools for scenario analysis and strategy development.
The
Specialisation addresses the organisational, human resource, and strategic underpinnings of value creation and capture for a sustained competitive advantage. This includes learning how to manage teams and individuals, assess competitors, and create strategies for a single company as well as a portfolio of companies.
This specialization consists of the following courses including the capstone case study and assignments:
